UNO MAS at Centara Grand at CentralWorld invites guests to discover its signature Champagne Brunch this September. Taking place on Sunday, 6 September 2026, the brunch showcases authentic Spanish flavours, premium seafood, free-flow Champagne, and panoramic views across the Bangkok skyline.

Created by Chef de Cuisine Borja Terry Borrego, the brunch captures the spirit of Spanish dining, where leisurely afternoons are built around generous sharing plates, lively conversation and time spent together at the table. Throughout the afternoon, guests are free to explore an abundant selection of Spanish specialities prepared across the restaurant's open kitchens and live cooking stations, with seasonal dishes adding something new to discover during every visit.

The experience begins with an impressive display of chilled seafood, including Alaskan king crab, Maine lobster, oysters and prawns, complemented by freshly carved Jamón Ibérico, an extensive selection of tapas and Spanish favourites prepared à la minute. Signature highlights such as A5 Kobe beef sashimi and a rotating selection of seasonal creations complete the menu.

Guests selecting the Champagne package can enjoy free-flow Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut, whose bright, elegant character pairs beautifully with everything from oysters and shellfish to cured meats and richer Spanish dishes. Alternative packages featuring selected alcoholic beverages or non-alcoholic refreshments are also available.
