Available throughout August, the special selection showcases the prized ingredient across a series of refined dishes, each thoughtfully composed to highlight its distinctive character.

Designed around premium seasonal produce and elegant culinary techniques, the menu offers a balanced expression of rich flavours and refined simplicity, allowing black truffle to take centre stage in every course.

The journey begins with Stracciatella accompanied by marinated red prawns, cured lemons and black truffle (THB 950++). Pasta lovers can choose between Tagliolini “Red Sky”, finished with alpine butter, aged Parmesan and black truffle (THB 1,150++), or Parmigiano-filled Fagottelli with wild mushrooms, walnuts and black truffle (THB 1,150++). For the main course, the 72-Hour Slow-Cooked Beef Short Rib with Jerusalem artichoke and black truffle (THB 2,350++) delivers rich flavours and comforting indulgence.

Served high above the city, the seasonal menu is complemented by Red Sky’s panoramic views over Bangkok, creating the perfect setting for rooftop dining as day turns to night. Available throughout August 2026 from 17.00 to 01.00 hrs, the Black Truffle Seasonal Menu offers a memorable opportunity to enjoy one of the world’s most celebrated ingredients in an elegant rooftop setting.
