Bangkok – Chatuchak Café at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok is responding to the government’s economic stimulus initiatives by encouraging domestic spending and tourism through the launch of its newly enhanced buffet concept, “Plus+”. Designed to deliver greater value at the same price point, the refreshed dining experience officially commenced on 18 May 2026.

The highlight of the new offering is the “Premium Buffet x Unlimited Seafood on Ice”, featuring an abundant selection of freshly sourced seafood served without limit. Guests may indulge in blue swimming crab, river prawns, sweet shrimp, New Zealand mussels, tako octopus, as well as premium sashimi selections including tuna and salmon.

The culinary journey is further elevated through the concept, “The Taste of 7 Culinary Wonders Premium Buffet Experience”, which showcases an extensive variety of international cuisines crafted by seven chefs from seven signature restaurants. Diners can savour an impressive range of Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, Indian, French and Vietnamese specialities, alongside premium seafood dishes and an assortment of international desserts.

Two buffet packages are available. The Standard Package is priced at THB 1,190++ per person and includes unlimited tea, coffee and soft drinks. The Supreme Package is available at THB 1,390++ per person and includes one additional premium menu item, together with unlimited beverages.
